At Snuggle Stitches ( Unit of Probity Consultancy & Marketing Services), we take pride in our handcrafted crochet products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Custom Orders

• Custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• If a custom order has a defect, it can only be replaced—no refunds are provided.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

3. Return & Refund Conditions

• Products are eligible for a refund if returned within 2 days of delivery in the same condition as received.

• The refund will be initiated only after we receive the product at our facility and conduct a quality check.

• If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
