At Snuggle Stitches ( Probity Consultancy & Marketing Services) , we aim to deliver your handcrafted crochet products with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping terms before placing an order.

1. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping rate of ₹100 applies to all domestic orders across India.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 5-7 business days after order confirmation.

  • Custom orders require a minimum of 7 business days for processing before shipping.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Once dispatched, delivery times vary based on your location:

    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

    • Other Locations: 5-10 business days

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier issues, or strikes are beyond our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track your package using the provided link.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within India.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the courier directly. We will assist in resolving the issue but are not liable for lost packages.
